Tips to Ease Morning Sickness
Morning Sickness…shouldn't it be called morning, noon and night sickness? Thankfully, there are several proven methods to get rid of morning sickness altogether. Morning sickness varies in severity and different methods work for different people, so use what works for you.
#5 Eat several small meals throughout the day. Don't wait until you are starving to eat something. Make sure you plan ahead and pack an apple, some crackers and juice to have with you during the day.
#4 Diffuse Peppermint Essential Oil. Don't use too much though. All you have to do is put 2 drops of peppermint essential oil in a bowl of water. Peppermint can settle a queasy stomach fast.
#3 Be sure to take your pre-natal vitamins daily. You could also add an extra vitamin B6 to that regime. Many morning sickness sufferers find that taking vitamin B6 alleviates their nausea.
#2 Eat or drink anything GINGER. This method works for many women. Drink ginger ale (there is something about the ginger along with the carbonation that is helpful), eat ginger candies, sip ginger tea.
#1 Use the acupressure method. Of the women that tried the acupressure method, 95% of them had complete and permanent relief from their morning sickness.
Again, different things work for different people. Keep trying until you find the one that works for you.
